Love these extensions! I have probably 8 different ones and they all match my hair perfectly. Love the sextuple one piece with 4 clips quick and easy to put in.
I bought a clearance topper and whilst I understand the no refunds;returns rule, I was sent a damaged topper that I cannot use. The photo of the product was inaccurate and looked nothing like what I received. I sent photos but the seller took absolutely no responsibility for the damaged product and pretty much dismissed my complaint with the following comment: "We felt very sorry to know that you don't like the clearance topper. But for clearance products orders are non refundable or exchange"
Obviously it is not that I don't 'like it', it is the fact a ton of hair was issing fro the front of the topper which I don't think ANYONE would 'like'.
I had to open a case with my debit card as damaged/clearance goods are protected under the Sale of Goods Act. Hopefully I'll get my $49 back. This company has no idea about proper customer service: Just because an item is 'clearance' it does not give the seller the right to send you substandard damaged items. I won't be recommending Lily Hair or shopping with them again. If you want to go direct to their supplier and cut out the middle man you can find them on AliBabaor at the cheaper wholesale price. The details will be on your delivery label. Bear in mind I was a returning customer. I doubt this review will be allowed on their site but I will also post it on other social media.
I paid over $400 for hair advertised as 20 inches and 250g. What I received was approximately 15–16 inches, under 70g, and the wrong color.
The company admitted a labeling error but refused to offer a full refund unless I paid return shipping, a 20% restocking fee, and customs duties — costs that would come close to what I originally paid for the product.
Instead, they offered a $50 “goodwill” refund, which doesn’t begin to address the clear misrepresentation and poor quality.
This is a textbook case of false advertising. The product did not match its description, and the return policy punishes the buyer for the company’s mistake. Strongly advise avoiding this business.
The color was darker than I expected and the website is difficult to navigate. I returned it and am waiting for a refund.

The hair in these is good quality and weight, and the various sizes allow me to choose the appropriate size to add more volume in certain spots. If you are considering this or the single extra-dense sextuple weft, I would recommend this one. While a nice piece, I have found the sextuple weft piece a little too heavy and dense for my thin hair.
I have been ordering toppers for a few years now, and have quite a selection, this is my favorite! Perfect amount of hair! Special care was taken to get just the color I needed. Customer service is 5⭐️
Very nice hair topper. I would buy them again. I wish they have a bigger size cap. Like 5.5x6 available.
The hair is lovely, feels beautiful and natural. It's easy to clip in, and I wear it under my biological hair + a topper. My only change would to be make the edge slightly curved instead of straight. If it wear it slightly too high it buckles along the edge.
This topper is the price level I've been looking for, it matched my hair color perfectly, and it looks great on!
I love the quality and the colour! I would have given 5 stars but I am a little disappointed they don’t sell by bundle (packs of 25) because technically a bundle consists of 25 and these bundles are only 20. 5 packs of (25) is what is considered for a full head if you want volume and length but since there is only 100g you either get 100g or 200g and 200g is too much. I just wish they sold it by bundles of 25.

these are great extensions. my only suggestion would be to add a little more hair to the of the extensions where the tape is, conceal the tape a little bit more.
I am very happy with the hairpiece, as the quality is very good. It simulates the scalp very well. I have cut it with fringes and it looks great.
I have tried many other brands but these Nano Human Hair extensions are by far the best quality of all! The hair stays nice and smooth. I wash, blow dry, flat iron and color and they stay bebeautiful. This is top quality hair! I love Lilyhair!
Looks so natural, but for me I ordered the wrong length so was a bit short , also for me could have been a little thicker in hair , i will order it again at some point with the right length and see if it makes a difference , but customer service is great they answer all your questions very prompt , shipping was very fast , good company to buy from, I am glad I found them , I will be purchasing more in the future.
